所需材料:<br />
<strong>蓮藕、瘦肉、紅椒。</strong><br />

調味料:<br />
<strong>鹽、醬油(生抽)、雞精粉、糖、太白粉、香醋。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、蓮藕去皮,切絲浸入清水中備用,紅椒切絲。<br />
2、瘦肉切絲,放入醬油(醬油(生抽))、糖、雞精粉、太白粉拌勻,醃製10分鐘。<br />
3、鍋坐油,放入醃好的肉絲爆炒,變色後即可盛出。<br />
4、重新坐油,下入藕絲與紅椒絲同時煸炒,放少許鹽調味。<br />
5、放入炒好的肉絲,烹入少許香醋炒勻,起鍋裝盤即可。</strong><br />
