所需材料:<br />
<strong>木耳、香菇、豆腐皮、白鳳豆、萵筍、胡蘿蔔、荸薺(馬蹄)、栗子、搾菜、冬筍、枸杞子、生薑。</strong><br />

調味料:<br />
<strong>鹽、醬油(生抽)、糖、雞精粉、香油。</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、先把木耳、香菇、豆腐皮分別泡發,切成小塊;栗子剝皮,然後煮十分鐘,再放入涼水,切成小塊。<br />
2、再把荸薺(馬蹄)、萵筍、胡蘿蔔、冬筍去皮也切成小塊。<br />
3、白鳳豆用高壓鍋煮熟,把搾菜切成小塊,洗去鹹味。<br />
4、在鍋內熱油,放入薑片炒出香味,然後放入胡蘿蔔、豆腐皮、木耳、香菇、冬筍、栗子、白鳳豆、搾菜。<br />
5、翻炒之後放入鹽、醬油、糖、雞精調味,放少許水,悶上十分鐘。再放入萵筍、荸薺,枸杞子,炒勻即可。</strong>
