所需材料:<br />
<strong>雞腿、麵粉、蔥、姜</strong><br />
<br />
調味料:<br />
<strong>香酥椒(家樂福有賣)、花椒、料酒、鹽、胡椒粉、醬油</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、先去掉雞腿的骨頭,再將其切成塊狀,放入蔥、姜、料酒、鹽、胡椒粉醃製,大約半小時左右。<br />
2、然後再放兩勺麵粉到醃製好的雞肉裡,攪勻,把油加熱至八成熱,把雞肉入鍋炸。再把炸好的雞肉撈出控油。<br />
3、在鍋裡留底油,小火加熱,放入花椒炸香,再放進去一些香酥椒,最後把炸好的雞肉放進去翻炒,放點醬油、醋調味,再炒幾下撒點香油,就可以出鍋了。</strong><br />

這樣看,做的還是比較簡單的,最主要是去骨有點麻煩,其他步驟我還是一學就會了呢<br />
