霜降牛肉片200公克洋蔥1/3顆香菜少許紅辣椒1根酸豆少許<br />

紅酒油醋汁適量<br />

作法<br />
1.洋蔥去皮、洗淨切絲,泡入紅酒油醋汁內,備用。 <br />
2.煮一鍋滾沸的水,將霜降牛肉片快速涮熟後放入盤中,待涼備用。 <br />
3.香菜洗淨;紅辣椒洗淨切絲,備用。 <br />
4.取一盤,放入作法1的洋蔥絲,再排上作法2的霜降牛肉片,最後放入做法3的香菜、紅辣椒絲及酸豆即可。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
