所需材料:<br />
<strong>臘肉、蘿蔔乾、紅椒、青蒜;蔥、姜、蒜。</strong><br />

調味料:<br />
<strong>紅彩椒、豆豉、蠔油、糖、鹽、雞精粉。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、臘肉洗淨,入蒸鍋蒸熟後,改刀成滿薄片。<br />
2、紅椒和青蒜均切成寸段;蔥切段、姜蒜切片。<br />
3、鍋內熱油,六成熱時放入蔥姜蒜爆香,再依次放入蘿蔔乾和臘肉煸炒至乾。<br />
4、往鍋中放入剁椒、豆豉,煸出紅油時,下入蠔油、糖、雞精粉和少許鹽調味。<br />
5、再放入紅椒和青蒜,翻炒均勻即可。</strong><br />
