A.牛肋條300公克馬鈴薯1個洋蔥1/2個椰奶200㏄水350㏄沙拉油2大匙熟花生米1大匙香米白飯1碗<br />
B.小荳蔻3粒肉桂棒1根月桂葉2片<br />

調味料<br />
市售瑪莎曼咖哩醬3大匙泰國魚露1又1/2茶匙細砂糖1大匙<br />

作法<br />
1.牛肋條切小塊,汆燙去血水後撈起;馬鈴薯去皮切滾刀塊,放入滾水中以小火煮5分鐘後取出;小荳蔻拍破;洋蔥切片,備用。 <br />
2.熱鍋,倒入沙拉油,放入瑪莎曼咖哩醬,以小火炒1分鐘炒至香,放入作法1的牛肋條塊略炒。 <br />
3.在作法2中加入水、作法1的小荳蔻和其餘材料B香料燉煮20分鐘。 <br />
4.再放入魚露、細砂糖、椰奶、作法1的馬鈴薯塊續煮10分鐘,最後加入作法1的洋蔥片和花生米煮至滾沸即可起鍋,佐以香米白飯一起享用。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
