大白菜600公克香菇3朵蝦米20公克炸豬皮50公克蒜仁20公克蔥段20公克<br />

調味料<br />
鹽1/2小匙糖1/4小匙米酒1大匙胡椒粉少許水適量<br />

作法<br />
1.將大白菜洗淨、切成大片,汆燙後備用。 <br />
2.將炸豬皮泡軟、汆燙;香菇泡軟、切絲;蝦米泡軟,備用 <br />
3.熱鍋加入2大匙油,加入.蒜仁及蔥段爆香,加入作法2的放入香菇絲及蝦皮炒香。 <br />
4.於作法3鍋中加入作法2的炸豬皮及作法1的大白菜,煮滾後以小火滷約30分鐘至軟爛即可。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
