<strong>雞胸肉 2片<br />
地瓜粉 65公克<br />
沙拉油 600cc</strong><br />

<strong>蠔油 1大匙<br />
辣油 1小匙<br />
酒 1小匙<br />
沙茶粉 1小匙<br />
鹽 1/4小匙<br />
糖 1/2小匙</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1.雞胸肉去皮拍扁,橫剖成兩片,加入所有調味料拌醃,並以手掌略壓緊實,兩面沾上地瓜粉,再次以手掌略壓緊實。<br />
2.鍋中倒入沙拉油,加熱至185℃~190℃,放入作法1的雞胸肉片炸熟,呈金黃色,撈起瀝乾油分即可。</strong><br />
