魚肉4片薑絲適量米漿白菜泡菜2葉辣椒片適量香菜適量<br />

調味料<br />
高湯2杯香油1小匙<br />

作法<br />
(1)將魚片洗淨瀝乾,米漿白菜泡菜葉切半備用。 <br />
(2)每片魚放上少許薑絲,以白菜泡菜葉捲裹包起,依序做好後放入盤中。 <br />
(3)倒入高湯後撒上辣椒片,蓋上保潔膜後,放入電鍋蒸12分鐘立即取出,再撒上香油及香菜。試吃時若覺口味不夠鹹,此時可再加少許鹽調味即可。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
