白米100公克蒜仁2粒紅莧菜150公克胡麻油1大匙玉米粒20公克水120㏄<br />

作法<br />
1.紅莧菜切小段;蒜片切片,備用。 <br />
2.熱鍋,倒入胡麻油,以小火爆香作法1的蒜片,再放入下紅莧菜段炒約1分鐘至紅莧菜出水後撈起瀝乾備用。 <br />
3.白米洗淨後瀝乾水分與作法2炒好的紅莧菜及玉米粒拌勻入電子鍋中,按下開關蒸至開關跳起,再燜十分鐘即可。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
