豆包3片香菇3朵紅蘿蔔25公克芹菜30公克<br />

調味料<br />
素蠔油2大匙醬油1小匙香油1小匙<br />

作法<br />
1.豆包切大片;香菇泡水至軟切絲;紅蘿蔔去皮切絲,芹菜去葉片切段,備用。 <br />
2.熱鍋,倒入1大匙的油,放入作法1的香菇絲爆香,再放入紅蘿蔔絲炒勻。 <br />
3.加入豆包片及所有調味料煮約1分鐘,再放入芹菜段炒勻即可。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
