【材料】<br />
<strong>苦瓜  1條(約12兩)<br />
乾豆豉 2大匙<br />
參鬚  2錢<br />
麥冬  2錢<br />
五味子 5分</strong><br />
<br />
【調味料】<br />
<strong>鹽   1小匙<br />
糖   2小匙<br />
油   3小匙</strong><br />
<br />
【做法】 <br />
<strong>1.將藥材用2杯水以小火熬至剩1杯,過濾去藥渣備用。<br />
2.苦瓜洗淨去籽切小塊,用水川燙。<br />
3.熱鍋入油3小匙,放入豆豉爆香,再放入苦瓜、鹽和糖稍炒,倒入藥汁燜煮15分鐘,熄火盛盤即可。</strong><br />
