所需材料:<br />
<strong>豆腐、五花肉、韓式泡菜、青椒、胡蘿蔔、蔥、蒜。</strong><br />

調味料:<br />
<strong>雞精粉、鹽、白糖、料酒。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、炒鍋放少許油,放薑片、放入切片的五花肉,用小火煸炒至五花肉吐油且肥的部份變透明。<br />
2、加入料酒、蒜片、韓式泡菜,少許水,燉二十分鐘。<br />
3、將肉放入石鍋,放改刀成塊狀的豆腐,加入雞精粉、鹽、白糖調味,大火燒開後改小火再燉十分鐘。<br />
4、放入切成片的青椒、胡蘿蔔煮至斷生即可。</strong><br />
