所需材料:<br />
<strong>白蘿蔔、羊腿肉、姜、香蔥、香菜、青蒜、鹽、料酒。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、羊肉切塊,焯水洗淨。<br />
2、白蘿蔔分兩份,一份切大塊,一份切和羊肉同等大小的滾刀塊;姜拍鬆,蔥挽結,香菜與青蒜洗淨切碎。<br />
3、取砂鍋,放入羊肉、姜、蔥,和足量的水以及蘿蔔中切大塊的蘿蔔。<br />
4、開大火燒開後,去浮沫,調入料酒,改小火燉一小時後,取出蘿蔔塊。<br />
5、放進蘿蔔中切成滾刀塊的蘿蔔,調入鹽,再燉30—40分鐘,至蘿蔔酥爛,起鍋時撒入香菜與青蒜碎即可。</strong><br />
