小青椒150公克小豆干4片小丁香魚75公克蒜頭2顆薑片2片鹽適量<br />

作法<br />
1.小青椒洗淨去蒂、去籽切絲備用。 <br />
2.小豆干從中剖成3片,再切細絲備用。 <br />
3.小丁香魚泡水軟化,瀝乾備用。 <br />
4.蒜頭切末;薑片切末,備用。 <br />
5.熱鍋,倒入1大匙油,放入作法3的小丁香魚以小火炒香。 <br />
6.加入作法2的豆乾絲拌炒,再加入蒜末、薑末拌炒均勻。 <br />
7.加入作法1的青椒絲拌炒,起鍋前加少許鹽調味即可。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
