所需材料:<br />
<strong>瘦肉、料酒、鹽、醬油、太白粉、涼粉、韭菜、姜、雞精粉。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、瘦肉切絲,少許料酒,鹽,醬油,太白粉拌勻醃製幾分鐘。<br />
2、涼粉切小方塊,韭菜切段。<br />
3、肉絲過油滑一下變色立刻撈出。<br />
4、鍋裡放油,開火,倒入涼粉炒,放些醬油,炒至看到涼粉表面粘稠了,就倒入韭菜,薑末和炒好的肉絲快速翻炒半分鐘,撒少許鹽,雞精粉出鍋。</strong><br />
