寧波年糕300公克高麗菜絲2杯豬肉絲1/2杯紅蘿蔔絲1/2杯黑木耳1朵蒜末1大匙<br />
<br />
調味料<br />
醬油1大匙香油1/2大匙糖1/2大匙鹽2小匙白胡椒粉2小匙<br />

作法<br />
(1)將寧波年糕洗淨並切片備用。 <br />
(2)高麗菜、紅蘿蔔、黑木耳洗淨切絲,大蒜洗淨切末備用。 <br />
(3)熱油鍋放入大蒜末爆香。 <br />
(4)加入年糕片爆炒至外表呈金黃色。 <br />
(5)再加入黑木耳絲、紅蘿蔔絲、高麗菜絲、豬肉絲一起翻炒5分鐘至熟。 <br />
