所需材料:<br />
<strong>新鮮毛豆、豆干、紅椒、搾菜、豬裡脊肉</strong>。<br />

調味料:<br />
<strong>醬油(生抽)、雞精粉、糖、澱粉。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、毛豆剝殼洗淨,豆干、紅椒、搾菜分別洗淨切絲。<br />
2、豬裡脊肉切絲後用醬油(生抽)、雞精粉、糖、澱粉醃製十分鐘。<br />
3、鍋內熱油,七成熟時,先倒入香小火煸炒至表面呈金黃色,再放入搾菜絲,煸炒至搾菜表面泛白。<br />
4、改大火,依次下入毛豆。紅椒煸炒至熟後盛起備用。<br />
5、鍋內熱油,下入肉絲大火迅速翻炒,至料汁收乾時,放入炒好的紅椒,翻炒均勻可</strong>。<br />
