所需材料:<br />
<strong>豬五花肉、醃製鹹肉、鮮蝦、油豆腐、黃豆芽、木耳、青蒜、生薑末,香蔥末、雞蛋。</strong><br />

調味料:<br />
<strong>高湯、鹽、雞精粉、料酒。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、豬肉洗淨剁碎,鹽、雞精粉、料酒、生薑末,香蔥末,蛋清拌勻,再分次加水,順一個方向攪拌上勁。<br />
2、將肉末擠成小肉圓,過油炸成金黃色撈出備用。<br />
3、鹹肉切薄片,鮮蝦去蝦芒並挑去蝦線,油豆腐切半,黃豆芽去尾洗淨,木耳泡發後洗淨改小朵,青蒜切末。<br />
4、取砂鍋,依次放入黃豆芽、豆腐果、木耳、鹹肉、小肉圓,放入高湯沒過食材,大火燒開後改小水燉半小時。<br />
5、加入鮮蝦,放入鹽、雞精粉調味,燒開後,中火略燒,撒上蒜花即可。</strong><br />
