所需材料:<br />
<strong>五花肉、豬小排、四季豆(豆角)、番茄、長茄子、馬鈴薯、青椒南瓜、薑蔥。</strong><br />

調味料:<br />
<strong>豆瓣醬、鹽、雞精、料酒、八角茴香、花椒、桂皮。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、五花肉、豬小排洗淨焯水。<br />
2、豬小排、番茄、馬鈴薯、南瓜、青椒切塊,四季豆(豆角)、茄子切條。<br />
3、鍋內放油,六成熱時,放入蔥姜煸出香味後,放入五花肉和小排,炒變色後烹入料酒、下豆瓣醬炒勻,下入番茄炒出紅油,放入八角茴香、花椒、桂皮,加開水沒過肉,改小火燉四十分鐘至一個小時。<br />
4、依次放入馬鈴薯、四季豆(豆角)、南瓜、茄子,燉爛,加少許鹽、雞精調味,臨起鍋前再放入青椒,斷生即可。</strong><br />
