茭白筍120公克瘦肉100公克小黃瓜50公克辣梅醬3大匙<br />

作法<br />
1.瘦肉、小黃瓜切丁備用。 <br />
2.煮一鍋水至沸騰,將作法1的瘦肉丁放入沸水中汆燙2分鐘後撈起,用涼開水沖涼備用。 <br />
3.茭白筍帶殼入作法2鍋中煮約10分鐘後,取出浸泡冷水至涼,再去殼及粗皮後切丁備用。 <br />
4.將茭白筍丁及瘦肉丁、小黃瓜丁加入辣梅醬拌勻即可。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
