【材料】<br />
<strong>韭菜  一小把<br />
麵粉  二杯<br />
鹽   一茶匙<br />
胡椒粉 1/8茶匙</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
<br />
【做法】<br />
<strong>1.韭菜洗淨切0.8公分長末,麵粉入大碗中,加水調成濃稀度剛好的麵糊,再加韭菜及調味料,略醒一下﹔<br />
2.平底鍋中抹少許油,淋入麵糊,成薄薄一層,煎熟一面,翻另一面再煎一下,即可起鍋盛盤。</strong> <br />

注意:<br />
<strong>煎餅時油少許抹一下即可,放太多油口味又不一樣了。</strong> <br />
<br />
註:<strong>韭菜一般宗教都屬於葷食,可改用高麗菜或其他葉菜類即可。</strong><br />
