【材料】<br />
<strong>中筋麵粉 2杯<br />
水    1杯<br />
油    1湯匙<br />
鹽    適量</strong><br />
<br />
【餡】<br />
<strong>白蘿蔔絲 半斤<br />
胡蘿蔔  少許<br />
蔥末   2匙<br />
香油   1匙<br />
鹽    適量</strong><br />
<br />
【做法】<br />
<strong>1.中筋麵粉加水、油及鹽拌勻後揉成麵團,醒20分鐘,備用﹔ <br />
2.白、胡蘿蔔都刨絲,加入少許鹽醃一下,擠乾水份,同蔥末拌入麻油成餡﹔ <br />
3.將醒好的麵團切成五等份,每份扳開包入餡,用掌心壓成薄薄的圓餅,平底鍋燒熱,加油,將餅煎至2面呈金黃即可。</strong> <br />

注意:<br />
<strong>麵團揉好後一定要醒,要讓麵筋恢復彈性。</strong><br />
