所需材料:<br />
<strong>五花肉、乾紅豆、八角、 鹽、冰糖、老薑、大蔥、白酒、小茴香。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、乾紅豆浸軟提前一天泡軟,洗淨切長段備用,蔥、姜切片。冰糖拍碎。<br />
2、將五花肉皮用刀刮淨切成2.5公分見方的肉塊,焯水後撈出備用。<br />
3、冰糖拍碎下鍋炒成糖色加水關火。<br />
4、鍋置火上,把老薑、肉塊入鍋中爆至油出、肉成金黃色,下八角、蔥段微炒幾下放入酒,加沸水,加入糖色,大火燒開後撇去浮沫、浮油轉小火煨至肉塊8成熟。<br />
5、最後下入紅豆,加鹽,少許醬油調味,燒至紅豆入味加糖大火使湯汁濃稠,起鍋</strong><br />
