人體正常的曲線,不駝背站姿,小腹是靠全身肌肉,尤其是腹肌及骨盆所支撐,不過隨著年紀變大或是姿勢不良,因為肌肉鬆弛或內臟變重,而無法繼續保持曲線,導致骨盆歪掉,腹肌也處於鬆弛的狀態,逐漸下腹部凸起,產生小腹的問題。<br />

首先要點一用髮圈綁住大拇指,是將平常外開的雙腳,強制往內側靠攏,使腿部的肌肉產生連動,讓原先不用的腹肌也可開始使用,然後是要點二,將雙手高舉平躺將腹肌向上拉,增加負擔帶來更好的效果,最後的第三點腰部下面放坐墊,利用坐墊的高度,使背脊擡起,矯正骨盆的位置,讓腹肌隨小腹緊縮進來。<br />
