玉米雞茸香菇盞即是以嫩王米和雞茸共烹而成。成菜雞茸潔白細膩，入口鮮嫩甜潤，玉米清香，大受食者青睞。<br />

主要材料：<br />
<strong>雞肉、玉米、松仁、香菇、味精、蔥花。</strong><br />
<br />
做法：<br />
<strong>1、雞肉剁成茸調入鹽、雞精、太白粉。<br />
2、鮮香菇洗淨，去蒂。<br />
3、將調好的雞茸和玉米、松仁、香蔥攪拌均勻後放入香菇中。<br />
4、擺盤後上鍋蒸熟，最後再勾上一層薄芡就可以</strong><br />
