所需材料:<br />
<strong>新鮮南極蝦、粉絲、香蔥、姜。</strong><br />
<br />
調味料:<br />
<strong>豆豉、黃彩椒、雞精粉、鹽、糖、蠔油</strong>。<br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、蝦去蝦線芒、片成兩半,只保留尾部相連,去掉蝦線,粉絲泡發。<br />
2、取盤子,先放上粉絲,再排上處理好的鮮蝦。<br />
3、豆豉、黃彩椒再剁碎一些,鍋內熱油,五成熱時,下姜煸出香味,下豆豉、黃彩椒煸炒,再放入雞精粉、鹽、糖、蠔油調味。<br />
4、把炒好的黃彩椒倒在鮮蝦上,入蒸鍋,大火蒸四分鐘即可。</strong><br />
