食材 ( 2 人份 ) <br />
材料 0 筊白筍 1支 豬里肌 200克 蒜頭 1片 辣椒 1支 蔥 2支 醃肉調味料 0 醬油 3湯匙 白胡椒粉 適量&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

作法<br />

先把蒜頭、辣椒、筊白筍、里肌肉切片蔥切段 <br />
1 <br />
先把蒜頭、辣椒、筊白筍、里肌肉切片蔥花切斷 <br />
2 <br />
里肌肉切片後,加入醬油及白胡椒粉,稍微醃一下 <br />
3 <br />
開火熱鍋後,加些許香油,把里肌肉先炒到半熟後撈起 <br />
4 <br />
放入蒜頭、辣椒先炒香,加入蔥白及筊白筍 <br />
5 <br />
最後加入剛剛的里肌肉及蔥綠炒熟<br />
