番茄牛腩飯

所需材料:<br />
<strong>牛腩、番茄、馬鈴薯、番茄醬、米飯</strong><br />
<br />
調味料:<br />
<strong>姜、八角茴香、桂皮、香葉、冰糖、醬油、料酒、鹽適量、油。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、將牛腩切成1.5公分見方的塊,放入水中煮開,撇去浮沫,撈出瀝乾水分待用。<br />
2、番茄用開水燙一下,去掉外皮,切成小塊待用,馬鈴薯去皮切成小塊用清水沖去表面澱粉待用。<br />
3、鍋中放入油,放入牛肉炒變色,放入八角茴香、薑片、桂皮、香葉、冰糖一起炒香,再放入醬油和料酒一起炒。<br />
4、放入番茄塊和番茄醬一起炒。<br />
5、加入適量開水燒開。<br />
6、將牛肉連湯放入煲內,加蓋轉小火煲至牛肉酥爛,約30分鐘。<br />
7、待牛肉酥爛後加入馬鈴薯塊一起煮,將馬鈴薯煮軟,開蓋轉大火將湯汁收濃,用鹽調味即可。<br />
8、米飯煮好以後,把牛腩澆在米飯上即可。</strong><br />
