所需材料:<br />
<strong>雞蛋&nbsp;&nbsp;3個<br />
魚片&nbsp;&nbsp;6片</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、魚片菜場有現成的賣,不過菜場買回來的魚片有些大,所以改個刀。<br />
2、將魚片加入精鹽,油拌勻醃製10分鐘。<br />
3、雞蛋攪拌成蛋液,放精鹽攪勻,三個雞蛋就三個雞蛋量的水。怕水加不準的話,就把雞蛋打一個小口,然後倒入溫水,不要用開水哦!<br />
4、燒沸蒸鍋,放入蛋用慢火蒸約5分鐘。<br />
5、然後加入魚片、蔥花鋪放在面。<br />
6、續蒸3分鐘,然後關火餘熱2分鐘後取出。<br />
7、淋醬油和油,撒上胡椒粉便成。</strong><br />
