材料<br />
豬絞肉300公克蟹棒80公克芋頭150公克芹菜末30公克高湯200㏄太白粉水少許<br />
<br />
調味料<br />
A.鹽1/2小匙糖1/4小匙胡椒粉少許太白粉少許<br />
B.鹽少許雞粉少許香油少許<br />
<br />
作法<br />
1.芋頭去皮後,洗淨擦乾,切成細丁備用。 <br />
2.將豬絞肉、作法1的芋丁及調味料A混合拌勻後,揉成適當大小的丸子放入蒸籠內蒸熟備用。 <br />
3.將高湯加入蟹棒煮至沸騰後,加入調味料B調味後,以太白粉水勾芡,加入芹菜末拌勻。 <br />
4.將做法3的芡汁淋在作法2的丸子上即可。
