糖醋小炸蛋

所需材料:<br />
<strong>鵪鶉蛋、麵粉、油、番茄醬、醋、醬油、糖、雞精粉。</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、鵪鶉蛋冷水入鍋煮熟,撈出後放入冷水,這樣容易剝殼,剝出來也好看。<br />
2、放進麵粉中滾滾,我感覺自己在搖湯圓哦。<br />
3、在鍋裡放油,油溫七成熱的時候放入鵪鶉蛋炸製,鵪鶉蛋變成金黃色的時候就撈出備用。油溫千萬別太熱,炸制的時間也別太長,否則蛋會爆裂開。<br />
4、取一碗,放入番茄醬、醋、醬油、糖、雞精粉然後攪勻。<br />
5、在鍋內放一些油,油微熱放入糖醋汁稍一翻炒,再放入炸好的鵪鶉蛋,調小火翻炒數下,等汁都均勻地分佈在鵪鶉蛋上就可關火起鍋。</strong><br />
