所需材料:<br />
<strong>排骨、玫瑰醬豆腐</strong><br />
<br />
調味料:<br />
<strong>水、料酒、蜂蜜、麥芽、孜然、芝麻。</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、把排骨洗乾淨,用玫瑰醬豆腐塊卸開,加少許水和料酒,把排骨醃上2小時入味。<br />
2、烤箱溫度設置200度,把醃好的排骨放到錫紙上,醬汁淋在排骨上面,烤大約10分鐘取出,翻面再烤5分鐘。<br />
3、取出排骨,在上面塗些蜂蜜或麥芽(如果喜歡吃甜的),感覺這樣上色更漂亮,最後隨意撒些孜然,繼續烤5分鐘,喜歡焦些的就多烤會,不喜歡的就差不多了。<br />
4、最後取出,放在生菜葉子上,撒些炒好的芝麻,進行點綴,大功告成!</strong><br />
