雞腿肉(剁好) 2支 杏鮑菇 3條 九層塔 適量 老薑 6片 大蒜 3瓣 辣椒 3根 <br />
調味料<br />
黑麻油 1匙 香油 1匙 醬油 2大匙 米酒 2大匙 糖 1大匙 <br />

作法<br />

準備工作:將雞肉用滾水川燙後撈出備用 / 杏鮑菇切塊 / 九層塔洗淨摘好 / 辣椒斜切去籽 <br />

將炒鍋加熱,倒入香油與麻油,將老薑片與大蒜一起爆香,煸至薑片旁邊毛毛的,撈起大蒜 <br />

將雞肉和杏鮑菇下鍋,倒入醬油、米酒、糖、辣椒,一起拌炒均勻 <br />
4 <br />
蓋上鍋蓋約6-7分鐘讓雞肉和杏鮑菇悶熟,開蓋翻炒使其均勻上色,再蓋上鍋蓋至醬汁快收乾 <br />
