雞肉小福袋

所需材料:<br />
<strong>雞胸肉、冬筍、青椒、生菜、韭菜、番茄。</strong><br />
<br />
調味料:<br />
<strong>鹽、雞精粉、料酒、胡椒粉、蛋清、糖</strong>。<br />
<br />
做法:<br />
1、將雞肉洗淨切小粒,用鹽、雞精粉、料酒、胡椒粉、蛋清抓上勁。<br />
2、青椒切小粒,冬筍切小粒後焯火去澀味,生菜稍燙使其變軟,韭菜也稍燙。<br />
3、鍋上熱油,七成熱時,倒入雞肉炒至變色時,依次下入冬筍、青椒,翻炒均勻,放少許鹽調味後起鍋備用。<br />
4、將生菜處理成圓形,像包燒賣那樣將炒好的雞肉冬筍包起,再用韭菜葉將口紮起,裝盤。<br />
5、鍋內重新熱油,將切成小粒的番茄入鍋煸炒出紅油,加少許鹽、糖、雞精粉調味後,煮濃稠後澆在盤中即可。<br />
