豬絞肉100公克青苦瓜1條樹子50公克蒜末10公克蔥末10公克辣椒末10公克高湯100㏄<br />

調味料<br />
醬油膏1大匙冰糖1小匙米酒1大匙<br />

作法<br />
1.青苦瓜洗淨,剖開去籽後,切成條狀備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
2.熱一油鍋,放入適量的油後,放入作法1的青苦瓜條稍微炸一下,撈起瀝乾油份備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
3.作法2的鍋中留下些許油,加入蒜末爆香,再加入絞肉炒散。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
4.再加入蔥末、辣椒末炒香後,加入樹子、苦瓜、高湯及所有調味料煮入味後即可。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
