所需材料:<br />
<strong>茄子&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2條<br />
裡脊肉&nbsp; &nbsp;150克<br />
香菇&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;5朵<br />
去核紅棗10顆<br />
姜&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;適量<br />
紅椒&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;適量<br />
鮮豆苗&nbsp; &nbsp; 少許</strong><br />

調味料:<br />
<strong>蠔油,沙拉油,白糖,鹽,醬油。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、茄子切5厘米的長條,瘦肉洗淨切成細絲,香菇切細絲,紅棗切細絲,姜切細絲。<br />
2、將瘦肉絲、香菇絲、紅棗絲和姜絲放在碗內,加入1勺醬油、3勺蠔油、少許白糖、少許鹽、1勺醬油和半杯清水攪拌均勻,做成醬料。<br />
3、把茄子條放入沸水中汆燙1分鐘撈起瀝乾水份。<br />
4、取一深碗,鋪一層茄子條,鋪一層醬料,以此將茄子和肉餡碼成梯形,用手壓緊,淋上1勺油,蓋上保鮮膜放進微波爐高火蒸10分鐘,出鍋後扣在盤子中即可。紅椒絲鮮豆苗點綴。</strong><br />
