所需材料:<br />
<strong>木耳、鮮蝦、冬筍、油菜。</strong><br />

調味料:<br />
<strong>蔥、姜、蒜、胡椒粉、鹽、白酒、麵粉。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、先將鮮蝦去皮留尾,開邊,取蝦線,用鹽、酒、胡椒粉、麵粉醃漬。<br />
2、水發木耳洗淨,撕小塊。油菜切段、冬筍切梳子片。<br />
3、 木耳、油菜、冬筍先後飛水撈出待用。<br />
4、鍋內做油,煸香蔥花、薑末、蒜末,下入鮮蝦,炒熟,放鹽雞精調味,放入木耳、冬筍翻炒,最後放入油菜即可出鍋。</strong><br />
