後來FoodMaster就想出了一個用腰果做的菜給老婆嚐試,非常的好吃,雖然腰果是高熱量的食品,但吃一點也不會發胖的。<br />
<br />
所需材料:<br />
<strong>腰果、雞胸肉、青、紅彩椒、薑末、蛋液、麵粉</strong><br />
<br />
調味料:<br />
<strong>料酒、麵粉、鹽、黑胡椒粒、蠔油</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、先把腰果用烤箱烤焙10分鐘左右,放涼備用,把雞胸肉切成丁,放入蛋液、料酒、澱粉、鹽和黑胡椒粗粒拌勻醃10分鐘左右。<br />
2、再把青、紅椒切成丁,姜切末備用,在鍋內放入油炒香薑末,放入雞丁大火翻炒至變色,再加入青紅椒、倒入料酒、蠔油、麵粉、水拌勻。<br />
3、最後放入腰果起鍋,因為腰果本身就是熟的,所以要最後放。等菜出鍋的時候,放入有錫紙的碗中,會讓整個菜品升一個檔次。</strong><br />
