所需材料:<br />
<strong>較瘦的無皮五花肉、木瓜切塊、蒜蓉、洋蔥片、泰式雞醬、番茄醬、朝天椒。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、五花肉切厚片,用醬油、酒入味片刻。<br />
2、木瓜切塊兒,洋蔥切末。<br />
3、將五花肉沾上太白粉,煎制金黃香酥並熟透。<br />
4、用泰式雞醬、番茄醬、糖、鹽調成芡汁。<br />
5、爆香洋蔥和蒜蓉,放入酥肉一起煸炒香,再放入木瓜,然後倒入芡汁,收汁即可,用法香切碎擺盤。</strong><br />
