培根蛋醬

所需材料:<br />
<strong>培根&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 4片<br />
羅勒&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 一小把<br />
鮮蝦&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 幾隻<br />
雞蛋&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 2個<br />
乳酪&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 1塊<br />
麵條&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 半斤<br />
黑胡椒粉&nbsp;&nbsp;5公克<br />
黃油&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 10公克<br />
鹽&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;適量。</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、乳酪弄碎。<br />
2、取一隻雞蛋的蛋黃,與另一隻雞蛋打勻,倒入乳酪,加入黑胡椒粉拌勻。<br />
3、用少量的油煎熟蝦,撒黑胡椒粉和鹽,盛出備用。<br />
4、沸水,煮麵條到八分熟。<br />
5、熱鍋融化黃油,加入培根炒到香,火不要太大,避免焦了。<br />
6、加入麵條翻炒兩下,關火後倒入培根蛋醬、羅勒迅速翻勻,裝盤出鍋</strong>。<br />
