生菱角仁300公克排骨300公克玉米1條香菜少許水1500cc<br />

調味料<br />
鹽少許雞粉少許胡椒粉少許<br />

作法<br />
1.玉米洗淨切塊狀備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
2.排骨放入滾水中汆燙一下,撈起泡冷水備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
3.鋼鍋中放入水,將作法2的排骨放入,以小火熬煮40分鐘,再放入作法1的玉米和生菱角仁煮20分鐘。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
4.最後放入調味料煮5分鐘入味後,再撒上香菜即可起鍋。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
