所需材料:<br />
<strong>鮮蝦、麵包粉、椰絲。</strong><br />

調味料:<br />
<strong>料酒、鹽、黑胡椒粉、雞蛋、麵粉、白脫油。</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、大蝦去頭殼,腸線;沿中間切開但不要切斷。<br />
2、用少許料酒,鹽,黑胡椒粉醃15分鐘。<br />
3、蝦先沾滿麵粉,再沾蛋液,再沾麵包粉及椰絲。<br />
4、烤箱預熱。<br />
5、蝦排平放在烤盤上,每個滴幾滴融化的白脫油。<br />
6、烤10—12分鐘即可。</strong><br />
