絲瓜 中型半條 蛤蜊 200g 薑絲 少許 <br />

【調味料】米酒 1大匙 【調味料】鹽 酌量 【調味料】白胡椒粉 少許&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

作法<br />

準備好食材蛤蜊先泡水吐沙後洗淨 <br />
2 <br />
絲瓜削皮,只要將深綠色外皮削去就好了 <br />

絲瓜先切成八條後橫切、薑切細絲 <br />

熱鍋不用放油,放入絲瓜和細薑絲加1小匙水,蓋上鍋蓋中小火燜1~2分鐘<br />

絲瓜開始出水就把蛤蜊全部放入,淋1大匙米酒,蓋上鍋蓋中小火燜到蛤蠣殼開,加少許鹽及白胡椒粉調味即可</strong></strong></strong></strong>
