所需材料:<br />
<strong>牛裡脊肉、長竹籤、沙茶醬、荸薺、香菇、蒜彩椒。</strong><br />
<br />
調味料:<br />
<strong>醬油、料酒、水、澱粉、白糖、鹽。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、將牛裡脊肉切丁用鬆肉錘拍鬆。<br />
2、加入醬油、料酒、麵粉、鹽醃製一下。<br />
3、荸薺(馬蹄),香菇飛水。<br />
4、將蒜過油炸一下。<br />
5、將上述材料以及彩椒穿串,做8個肉串即可。<br />
6、刷上沙茶醬和食用油,放入提前預熱的烤箱中,上下火180度烤3分鐘,翻面再烤2分鐘即可。</strong><br />
