<strong><strong><strong><strong>食材 ( 4 人份 ) <br />
熟五花肉或鹹豬肉 半斤 蒜仁 10顆 糖 1/4小匙或少許 水 1大匙 美極鮮味露 1小匙 青蒜或青蔥 1根 辣椒 1根 黑胡椒粒 少許&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

作法<br />

備料,青蒜及辣椒切成斜片,五花肉也切片備用 <br />
2 <br />
鍋中倒一點點油(因為待會五花肉會出油)以小火爆香蒜頭至金黃色,香味溢出之後把蒜頭先撈起備用,放入五花肉片炒香(停留在鍋中一下下至煎到有些恰恰再翻炒) <br />
3 <br />
淋上美極鮮味露1小匙及1 大匙的水,再加少許的糖(約1/4小匙)及黑胡椒粒 <br />
4 <br />
加回蒜頭煮至蒜頭微軟入味 </strong></strong></strong></strong><br />
