家常馬鈴薯炒尖椒<br />
<br />
所需材料:<br />
<strong>馬鈴薯、尖椒、蔥、豬肉、花椒、辣椒。</strong><br />
<br />
調味料:<br />
<strong>醬油、料酒、鹽、雞精粉、蔥粒</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong><strong>1、將馬鈴薯片先下鍋提前炒幾分鐘,軟爛後盛出待用。<br />
2、倒少許油將花椒煸香,微微焦糊後再將花椒倒出,只用裡面的油繼續放辣椒爆香。<br />
3、這時候的油已經很香了,繼續下蔥絲,放入切好的肉片翻炒,倒少許醬油,料酒翻炒2分鐘。再將提前炒軟的馬鈴薯一起倒入繼續翻炒,最後放尖椒。<br />
4、鹽和雞精粉要最後放,等尖椒也炒軟後即可出鍋。最後撒上蔥粒即可食用!</strong></strong><br />
