所需材料:<br />
<strong>肉餡(攪好的肉加肉粉、蠔油、姜、蔥、鹽、一個雞蛋)、白鳳豆、胡蘿蔔、小鮑魚。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、熱水加胡蘿蔔跟泡一夜的的白鳳豆煮到沸。<br />
2、用小勺把調好的肉一勺一勺的放進滾水裡,就形成一粒粒丸子。<br />
3、肉丸滾熟後放鮑魚改中小火10分鐘,加鹽調味關火燜10分鐘,湯就做好了</strong>。<br />
