大白菜400公克肉絲50公克冬粉1把蝦米25公克香菇2朵蒜末10公克蔥段10公克水150㏄<br />

調味料<br />
鹽1/2小匙糖1/4小匙米酒1/2大匙雞粉少許白胡椒粉少許<br />

醃料<br />
醬油少許米酒1/4小匙太白粉少許<br />

作法<br />
1.大白菜洗淨切片;冬粉泡水至軟;蝦米洗淨泡水5分鐘;香菇泡水至軟切絲,備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
2.肉絲加入所有醃料抓勻,醃約10分鐘備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
3.熱鍋,倒入2大匙的油,放入蒜末、蔥段爆香後,放入作法1的香菇絲及蝦米炒香。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
4.加入作法1的大白菜段炒至稍軟,放入水煮至沸騰,再加入作法2的肉絲、作法1的冬粉及所有調味料炒入味即可。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
