豬舌1條港式滷汁1鍋<br />

作法<br />
1.將豬舌中的舌骨以刀剔除,以清水沖洗乾淨後翻轉備用。 <br />
<br />
2.取一個湯鍋,放入約1/2鍋的清水以中火煮開後,放入作法1的豬舌汆燙約1分鐘即取出,隨即沖冷水至涼,再用刀刮除豬舌上面的白膜後,沖洗洗淨備用。 <br />

3.另取一鍋,倒入港式滷汁煮至滾後,放入作法2的豬舌,轉小火並讓滷汁持續保持在略為滾動的狀態約30分鐘後熄火,將豬舌在滷汁中浸泡20分鐘即撈起切片。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
